The UDIA NSW and Urban Property Group Awards for Excellence recognise the very best of our industry across residential, commercial and industrial developments. Each year, our independent judges carefully assess every nomination and select the projects that demonstrate the highest levels of excellence and innovation.
We do this to showcase the skill, talent, dedication and resilience of our industry and to promote excellence in everything we do.
With the winners of this year’s program announced at our Annual Gala Dinner, work has already commenced to deliver the program for 2026.
Recognising excellence across categories including technology, sustainability, environmental preservation, and innovative marketing for residential, industrial, and commercial development, the 2026 Awards for Excellence promise to be another wonderful celebration of our industry and our members.

The UDIA NSW Awards for Excellence is a high-profile annual event that recognises and rewards excellence and innovation in the urban development industry. There are marketing benefits for all entrants, and winners are widely acknowledged by the media, the community and by peers.
NETWORKING
Each year the Awards for Excellence Gala Dinner attracts over 900 attendees. Participating in the awards offers a valuable opportunity to engage with industry colleagues and build new business contacts.
CREDIBILITY
Many UDIA NSW members can attest to the benefits of being recognised in the UDIA NSW Awards for Excellence program. The awards help drive property sales and enhance the reputation of the winners with the public, local and state authorities, and other key stakeholders.

NATIONAL AWARDS QUALIFICATION
There is an opportunity for select award winners to represent NSW at the UDIA National Awards for Excellence. Eligible winners will be contacted by the UDIA NSW office in late 2026. National Award winners will be announced at the National Gala Dinner in early 2027.

THE UDIA NSW SEAL
Award winners are entitled to the use of the official UDIA NSW Awards for Excellence seal in their marketing and communications. The seal represents the quality of the development and the credibility of the developer.
