The UDIA NSW & Urban Property Group 2024 Awards for Excellence represent the quintessential celebration of the most prestigious projects and leaders in the urban development industry and are highly regarded as an important platform for our industry to demonstrate to the broader community our commitment to shaping cities of the future.
The Awards recognise excellence across a wide range of categories, including the latest in technology, sustainability, environmental preservation and cutting-edge marketing for residential, industrial and commercial development. Nominees undergo a rigorous process of assessment and evaluation by our independent judges and distinguished industry leaders. Winners and finalists enjoy the wide recognition of their work as the Awards’ prestige highlights their projects to the community, key stakeholders and media. Certain category winners also have the opportunity to represent NSW in the UDIA National Awards for Excellence in 2025.

There is an opportunity for select award winners to represent NSW at the UDIA National Awards for Excellence. Eligible winners will be contacted by the UDIA NSW office in late 2024. National Award winners will be announced at the National Gala Dinner in early 2025.
