These Awards celebrate the most prestigious projects and leaders in the urban development industry, showcasing our commitment to shaping future cities.

As we prepare for 2025, it’s crucial to recognise our industry’s resilience amidst the housing crisis. We’ve adapted and achieved a great deal throughout the year. These Awards are more significant than ever, recognising excellence across categories like technology, sustainability, environmental preservation, and innovative marketing for residential, industrial, and commercial development.

We encourage nominees to submit their projects. The rigorous assessment by independent judges and industry leaders is worth the effort, as winners and finalists gain wide recognition from the community, stakeholders, and media. Certain category winners will also represent NSW in the 2026 UDIA National Awards for Excellence.

Each year the Awards for Excellence Gala Dinner attracts record attendees. Participating in the awards offers a valuable opportunity to engage with industry colleagues and build new business contacts.

NATIONAL AWARDS QUALIFICATION
There is an opportunity for select award winners to represent NSW at the UDIA National Awards for Excellence. Eligible winners will be contacted by the UDIA NSW office in late 2025. National Award winners will be announced at the National Gala Dinner in early 2026.

Award winners are entitled to the use of the official UDIA NSW Awards for Excellence seal in their marketing and communications. The seal represents the quality of the development and the credibility of the developer.
